Data & deletion
This page explains how to delete data connected to The Sunken Crown and how to ask me to delete anything I hold about you.
The short version. The game has no accounts and keeps your save on your phone, so you can delete it yourself in seconds. I do not hold game data about you on any server.
Delete your game data
- Open Settings → Apps → The Sunken Crown → Storage on your Android phone and tap Clear storage to erase your progress and settings but keep the app, or
- Uninstall the game from Google Play or from your home screen. This removes the game’s data from the device.
Deleting game data also deletes anything you have not yet restored; purchases are linked to your Google account, not to the game’s save, and are not affected by deleting the game’s data.
Delete or reset ad data (Google)
Ads are served by Google AdMob, and the data Google collects for ads is held by Google. To control it:
- On Android, open Settings → Google → Ads, then Delete advertising ID or reset it, and turn off ad personalisation.
- Review and delete your Google activity at myactivity.google.com.
Purchase records
Purchase records are kept by Google Play and, as order details, in my Google Play Console. I have to keep accounting records for the period required by Greek tax law, so I cannot delete those on request, but they contain no payment details and are not used for anything else.
Ask me to delete your information
If you have emailed me and want your message and address deleted, or you believe I hold any other data about you, write to efthimispetrakis@gmail.com with the subject Data deletion request. I will confirm by email and complete the request within 30 days. To protect you, I may ask you to write from the same address you used before.
